Admission requirements:

To apply for the MA Human Resource Management, you will need one of the following:

  • A 2:2 undergraduate degree awarded by a UK university (or overseas equivalent); or
  • Certificated learning and the ability to demonstrate that you are able to study effectively at Masters level; or
  • A significant amount of relevant working experience and the ability to demonstrate that you are able to study effectively at Masters level.

You might be requested to attend an interview or submit a 1,000 word essay on a selected aspect of human resource management. If English is not your native language, you will need an overall IELTS score of at least 6.5 with a minimum 6.0 score in each component
