Admission requirements:

To apply for the MA International Human Resource Management, you will need one of the following:

  • A 2:2 undergraduate degree awarded by a UK university (or overseas equivalent) in business studies, public administration, sociology, psychology, social science or in a discipline relevant to human resource management; or
  • A 2:2 undergraduate degree supplemented by a qualification from a course of study which includes a substantial business or management studies component, such as a Management Diploma, HNC or HND; or
  • Certificated learning and the ability to demonstrate that you are able to study effectively at Masters level; or
  • A significant amount of relevant working experience and the ability to demonstrate that you are able to study effectively at Masters level.

You might be requested to attend an interview or submit a 1,000 word essay on a selected aspect of human resource development. If English is not your first language, you will need an overall IELTS score of at least 6.5 with a minimum 6.0 score in each component.
