MFB is looking for highly motivated candidates, with diverse profiles and well-defined personal talentsThe MFB: Management in Food & Beverage has a number of admission requirements and a Selection criteria.
The three phase selection process begins in March of each year and finishes in November of the same.
PHASE I - Pre-Screening
Upon receipt, your application will be pre-screened and usually within 2 to 6 weeks the School will notify you if your profile is going to be considered for the next phase of the selection process.
It is important to receive your request as soon as possible since early applications have a better chance than others of being accepted, due to the limited number of candidates the program can accept.
PHASE II - Candidates are carefully selected on the basis of an extensive review of
PHASE III - One-to-One Interview
Once your application has been approved at Phases I & II, you will be contacted for an interview which will be held at SDA Bocconi in Milan or, in special cases, remotely (in person or by telephone or webcam).
Final Selection Results
Once the selection process is complete, candidates will be informed in writing of their acceptance for the Candidature of the Master of Management in Food & Beverage.

The structure of this MFB: Management in Food & Beverage is strongly cross-disciplinary.
The program blends culture and methodology with lessons focused on a specific knowledge base and skill sets fundamental for the industries in F&B, Food Service and Hospitality Business. Lessons from top academia, executives, experts and professionals are at the core along with the privileged access to the true Italian culture and traditions.
The program of the Master of Management in Food & Beverage is composed of core modules and specialized modules.
Pre-courses (8th - 22nd January 2013)
These courses are recommended for those who do not have a strong academic foundation in economics and management. They are designed to allow all participants to begin the program at the required common level of understanding of basic methods & concepts that will be applied.
You can choose to take these courses via our Online Tutorial system, at your own pace to be completed prior to commencement of the Master, or in the Classroom, with our faculty at the SDA Bocconi Campus in Milan.

The mission of the Master of Management in Food & Beverage is to form and prepare specialized managers, giving them the opportunity to grow with specific and unique knowledge and to strengthen their sensibility and culture in the F&B and Food Service & Hospitality industries.
The main objectives of the program are:
The Master requires a personal commitment of one year full time as well as a financial commitment. Due to the level of commitment required, it is not possible to conduct any type of parallel work activity for financial support during this period.
